Euskadi (Continental cycling team)

Euskadi is a Spanish cycling team based in Basque Country. It is one of the European teams in UCI Continental Tour.
The team functions as the development team of Euskaltel-Euskadi, the unofficial ''national'' squad of Basque Country. Orbea's team manager Alvaro González de Galdeano is the older brother of Igor González de Galdeano, the current manager of Euskaltel. Orbea focuses primarily on young riders, of whom the most successful usually make the transfer to the "orange squad".
Main sponsor Orbea is a bicycle manufacturer based in Mallabia. Throughout cycling history, Orbea has sponsored numerous cycling teams.
